Having been with Oracle for nearly 20 years, most of them in product management, I have made it a habit to gather customer feedback and trends and report my findings on a regular basis. While these are mainly internal reports, I have started to externalize some of my conclusions. This presentation is part of the externalization of my conclusions, focusing on the most common trends in the IT software market and the changes I anticipate they will bring for Oracle and Oracle’s customers and partners.
